Our hike at Wallace Falls was great! We saw the lower fall, the middle fall, and the upper fall.
It was a long hike to the lower fall, and there were many bumps, curves, and swerves. We also saw a bridge and even heard static going through electrical wires. When we walked into the wet area, we thought we were close to the fall, but then we walked a whole other mile to get to the lower fall. We finally reached our destination, but we were still worn out! The fall was tiny, and we didn’t even feel like it was worth it.
It was only a 0.3-mile hike to the middle fall, but that didn’t mean it wasn’t challenging. The difficulty level used to be easy, but now it is moderate. It was the same as the hike to the lower falls except shorter, more confusing, and narrower. After some time, we walked to the middle falls. It started to feel worth it, but we decided to hike up to the upper falls. The hike to the upper falls was double the size of the hike to the middle falls. It was a 0.6-mile hike instead! (Just in case you didn’t figure it out by yourself.) The difficulty level changes from moderate to more difficult, and it was pretty much just a tiny bit more difficult than moderate. Once we reached the upper falls, we were amazed that we took like a billion pictures.
We finally finished the hike, and we ended up walking 2.7 miles down. While we came down there were some slugs and we even saw a snake! Overall, it was a pretty good hike. We enjoyed it. Mile count: 5.4! You should go to Wallace Falls!
